How to Submit a New Property & Liability (P&L) Claim

Click here  or on the Member Customer Care button on the top right corner of this webpage.

  • On the left side under the Member Customer Car login section: Select "Property & Liability Claim Notice" . Note:  DO NOT log in to Member Customer Care to submit a claim.
  • Upload any/all relevant documents by clicking the Browse button, add files, and start upload.  Once completed you may close the window.
  • You will receive an email confirmation that the claim has been submitted.  ​
