To submit a new property & liability (P&L) claim:​​

  • Click here or click on the Member Customer Care button at the top of the page.

  • Select "Property & Liability Claim Notice" from the menu.  (you do not have to log in to Member Customer Care to submit a claim).

  • Upload any/all relevant documents by clicking the "Browse" button, add files, and start upload.  Once completed you may close the window).
  • You will receive an email confirmation that the claim has been submitted.  ​
